Mission

To support conference & local mission Personal Ministries Directors to train and resource church members to unite their effort with pastors and ministers to fulfil God’s will for each individual and the church   

Our purpose of existence

 

Objectives

  •  Objective 1: Growing disciples in Christ by sharing Christ through evangelizing
  • Objective 2: Growing disciples in Christ through knowing Christ and baptizing
  • Objective 3: Growing disciples in Christ through nurturing into Christlike faith & maturity
  • Objective 4: Growing disciples in Christ through equipping and serving like Christ
  • Objective 5: Growing disciples in Christ through worshipping God

What we will measure

 

Strategies

  • Strategy 1 The law of the harvest (LOTH) in Matthew 13 is to be used as a template to roll out and manage the evangelism objective  
  • Strategy 2: The medical model in Matthew 9: 12, 13 and the family model in 1Timothy 3: 15 is to be used as an integrated template to roll out and manage the baptism objective 
  • Strategy 3: The Agriculture model in Mark 4: 26 – 29 is to be used as a template to guide the implementation and management of the nurturing objective 
  •  Strategy 4: Spiritual Gift ministry model stipulated in 1 Corinthians 12, Ephesians 4:1-16, Romans 12: 1-8, 1Peter 4: 10 is the divine blueprint to carry out the ministry objective 
  • Strategy 5: Biblical worship models stipulated in the OT & NT(precisely Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers & the Apocalypse) will be used as prototype to continually grow the objective of worshipping God
